Information for authors

Papers/posters must be presented orally by the author(s) at the conference.

All papers are carefully anonymously peer-to-peer reviewed by the International Program Committee and by the Board of Reviewers members.

The Journal of WSCG and WSCG Proceedings are sent  to Thompson Reuters/ISI, INSPEC and others for citations indexing and other purposes.

The submission server can be slow last 2 weeks. Please, count with a slow upload (experience was about 70KB/s per a paper last year)
and upload your files and check the correctness of the upload as soon as possible.

Please, prepare the abstract of your paper very carefully as attendees will select their sessions according to the abstract content and attractivity.

Please, note that a paper without Copyright Transfer Form (CTF) filled in, signed and uploaded to the WEB server cannot be sent for a review. Do not forget to deliver the printed version to UNION Agency - see the conference office address.

DEADLINES

Submissions (WEB upload is available only):
  • BOTH FULL anonymous (without names, institution,...) and affiliated (with names, institution,...) versions of your paper. Also the Copyright Transfer Form (CTF) MUST be uploaded to the WEB server. Keep the formatting required strictly. Anonymous additional file(s) can be uploaded as one ZIP file.

    POSTER paper - if you intend to submit a paper as a poster paper, the registered  title on WEB server and in submitted PDF must start with "POSTER:" ..................

    "Extended Abstracts"     are not be considered.

    There is no chance to change your paper significantly - please, carefully prepare your paper.
  • Signed CTF original in print is to given during the registration at the conference.

Notification of Acceptance:
  • Acceptance decision for FULL papers (8 pages A4 format), some small changes in the manuscript can be required.
    The best papers will be selected for the Journal of WSCG.
  • CONDITIONAL decision for Communication papers  papers (8 pages A4 format) - reviewers recommendations ets. have to be met in the final submission
  • POSTER papers are limited to 4 pages A4 format, only.

NOTE that the required changes are checked and your rebutal (PDF file in which all the requirements  of reviewers are commented and shown how they have been incorporated to the final version - please, show page and line for each commented item) must be uploaded to the WEB server as well.

  • Submissions of the FINAL version of the Journal, FULL and COMMUNICATION papers (8 pages A4) and POSTER papers (4 pages A4)
    Affiliated version in PDF and optional additional ZIP must be delivered via WEB upload.
  • Abstract update is recommended.

Prepare a printed version of a poster 60 x 90 cm (portrait format) and take it with you.

Please, note that we do not have printing facilities to print your poster.
You can print your poster in the city.

Please, prepare your manuscript very carefully - only small minor changes will be possible made after the review process.

CHECK PDF carefully before and after uploading. Use the PDF reader for UK/Europe version of the reader.
